• Supported the implementation of people development activities• Implemented and improved Company HR processes• Contributed, in “headcount rationalism”, its downsizing and upsizing in line with company trends and department and management priorities, maximized always efficacy and efficiency of the human resources contribution to the business• Assured retention of good employees, activated necessary recruitment actions in order to supply the needed human resources (in term of quality and quantity) on time, managed dismissal and reduction of the workforce• Supported all actions directed to improve, in the area of competence, Human Resources KPIs (headcounts, absenteeism, overtime, injuries)• Ensured, the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations• Managed and finalized due disciplinary actions of employees having a behavior on the job not compliant with local legislation and local law regulations• Supported, in the area of competence, the Department/Function Managers in the proper management of people development (internal mobility, retention,…) and in the proper and efficient application of People Development tools and methodologies and programs for performance and skills assessments in line with Company Guidelines (as Performance and Leadership Management)• Ensured a proper management of the merit system in accordance with the allocated budget and company salary policies• With Plant manager analyzed and reviewed Organization structures in line with the Department Business needs and Company overall Organization standards• Supported Departments / Function Managers in the definition of training needs and actions in order to develop professional competences and improve change and people management skills in line with business needs and allocated budget (activating Training department for the implementation)
