As the founder and managing director of Alchemist Faktor, a licensed financial institution, I oversee all aspects of the business, from planning, performance, and future growth. I am also the finance director of two other companies, Afarak and Magnohrom, where I manage the financial operations and reporting. My mission is to help SMEs access affordable and flexible financing options that suit their needs and goals.In my current roles, I leverage my skills in business strategy, project management, and teamwork to deliver high-quality results and value to my clients and stakeholders. I have successfully established Alchemist Faktor as a trusted and reliable partner for SMEs in various industries, offering asset-based lending solutions that are tailored to their cash flow and collateral. I have also improved the financial performance and efficiency of Afarak and Magnohrom, two leading companies in the mining and refractory sectors, by implementing effective financial controls, policies, and systems.
