At Exentrim I was responsible for building and overseeing the whole system from scratch and providing the team has everything they need to stay happy and productive. Main responsibilities include R&D, product management, stakeholder management, SaaS architecture, cross-functional team leadership, and sales presentations.Product management. Defined products, features, and subscription plans for the global market. Solution delivery management in a multicultural setup for both international (IPS Energy - Germany, Enzen – Australia, AEP – USA, TNB – Indonesia, Schneider Electric - France…) and domestic (Bel Medic, Inpharm, Pharmed) clients.SaaS solution architecture. Designed a proof of concept for the multi-tenant and multilingual system. I used optimal not the hottest technologies. The resulted concept helped avoid over-engineering and easy engineering team mentoring.Job candidates' interviews. Gave my best to harmonize the company's roles and responsibilities and career path expectations of candidates. Sales. I was a team player involved in presenting Exentrim publicly, also in the negotiation process and price fitting.Monetization platform. Managed payment gateways integration. Identity Management. Managed custom identity provider development. Designed UI. Learned a lot about OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Federation, and multi-factor authentication.Production setup. I choose cloud infrastructure and a provider appropriate for initial company goals and limits.Cost savings. Created SEO friendly website solution with integrated headless CMS. We didn’t have to hire an external agency.Managed mobile app development and established app stores.Marketing. Storytelling, storyboards, and user onboarding. Integrated Sendinblue.Support center.
