Senior Product Designer
Current- Perform user research, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping- Distill complex tasks into simple and intuitive user experiences- Partner with product managers to observe and understand users’ needs- Perform rapid user testing remotely and synthesize findings- Support product developers and translate user interaction requirements into visual designs that follow the established CipherHealth branding guidelines- Design experiences for web, mobile, and IoT devices that make users more productive across devices- Host and manage customer-facing design workshops and internal cross-functional design reviews- Assess existing and proposed products and make design recommendations- Partner with product managers to develop user personas and usage scenarios- Create, maintain, and cross-pollinate design system- Create design guidelines and pattern libraries- Create information architecture and user task flows- Maintain awareness of the industry, competitive, and consumer user experience trends- Be part of a collaborative, knowledgeable, and high-energy team of software professionals
