Before joining Karisma in January 2012 Mr. Kostic worked as Regional Commercial Director for a Russian steel corporation for 6 years and thereafter 2 years in private real estate. He started Karisma Hotels & Resorts executive development program in Cancun, working his way up to Prestige and Exotic clubs’ administration. In the summer of 2012, he joined the European team as a Development Associate following Karisma’s strategy to expand in Europe, working on projects in Croatia. In 2014 he became regional Business Development Manager, and in 2016 Business Development Director while in 2017 he was nominated member of the board of Karisma Hotels Adriatic Croatia. He was promoted to Managing Director of Karisma Adriatic in September 2018. In December 2019 during the restructuring of Europe teams, he was promoted to Managing Director for Europe and the Middle East for Karisma Hotels & Resorts overseeing hotel operations, business development and offices.
