Valoya is a provider of LED grow lights for professional use. Globally, we are the quality leader and we serve 8 out of 10 world's largest agricultural companies in addition to countless other clients in 51 countries thus far. Our customer base includes professional cannabis cultivators, plant breeding companies, seed companies, universities, vertical farms etc. We sell directly and through a network of 29 distributors.Responsibilities include:- Managing Valoya's regional and global marketing campaigns- Market and customer needs analysis- Active interaction with Tech R&D, Plant R&D and Product Management to ensure a competitive product roadmap - Planning and execution of new product launches and phase out activities- Analyzing competitors' products, pricing and marketing strategies- Planning and execution of various sales and promotion activities globally (tradeshow and conference marketing through exhibiting, speaking engagements and sponsorships etc.)- Establishing and nurturing co-operation with various marketing partners (resellers, tradeshow organizers etc)- Managing the creation of various forms marketing content and materials (print, videos, digital ads etc)- Communication with various stakeholders by means of website, blog content, social media etc.- Scheduling and dissemination strategies of press releases, maintaining relationship with journalists and other relevant media stakeholders
