I am responsible for all our sales and business development activities, while also being the Product Owner of one of our key in-house information systems. Everyday tasks include:- coordinating and leading sales and business development activities in all our client sectors in Estonia and abroad, - overseeing our marketing activities and helping the marketing team whenever required, - running in-house training programs in public procurement and other topics, - doing public procurement consultations, trainings, and conference presentations,- being the Product Owner and working together with our development team to develop our in-house information system, which is already in use at the company,- overseeing all our public relations and outside communications (press releases, speaking engagements etc.),- while also providing data security support (GDPR) when needed.This has lead to Trinidad Wiseman being on the steady course of breaking all earlier revenue and profit records. In 2023 we estimate a revenue of 15-17 million EUR and a profit of 1,3 million EUR.
