I am a games industry leader who is passionate about building strong and engaged teams that deliver best in class games. Over the course of my career I have helped hire, develop and retain top talent that have released some of the most critically acclaimed and beloved games over the past 19 years. My most recent venture, Hijump, exists as a result of a successful merger of multiple smaller studios that embraced a new identity. In my role as Head of Studio, I handled studio operations, rituals, workforce planning annual budgeting, as well as collaborate with department heads around the Studio to represent the studio staff, service and process/ tooling needs. I also partner with the HR and Talent organization to ensure that processes are implemented effectively, including but not limited to performance management, compensation and promotion etc. For much of the development of "Monopoly Go" I was acting Executive Producer and ensured not only the studio was thriving, but that the main project, "Monopoly Go", was maintaining proper momentum and delivery of milestones. Additionally I developed systems to ensure any operations/ delivery problems were diagnosed and addressed promptly and with collaboration from all the relevant stakeholders. My work at Hijump resulted in a strong and engaged studio culture, low attrition, passion and loyalty, all while navigating the tricky waters of a fully remote studio delivering a number one top grossing game.
