I work as a Business Analyst at Satva Solutions, a FinTech and Accounting company. My primary responsibilities include gathering requirements from clients and creating various documents such as Minutes of Meetings, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and Visual Field Mapping. I also follow up with clients and team members. Additionally, I organize Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions to explain the gathered requirements to the development team.I have worked on several projects, including software integration and creating a web app for suppliers and administrators to manage subscription-based orders. Currently, I am involved in developing Payroll Management Software, aiming to launch it both locally and globally.In addition to my role as a Business Analyst, I contribute to business development by identifying the Right Point of Contact and Ideal Customer Profile, among other tasks.I have experience with various accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, ClearBooks, and FreshBooks. I have also worked with other ERP software such as NetSuite, Zoho Creator and Analytics, Zapier, HubSpot, and TransactionPro.
