- Work with team to plan, develop and manage talent development local programs; - Take local initiatives to support global talent development project like leaderships, cultural transformation, etc.

Compensation & Benefits (50%) - Provide proposals and packages for new hire, promotion, job reclassification and relocation; - Work with HRBPs and legal consultant to provide separation solutions and packages; - Work with global compensation team to lead China annual compensation planning activity; - Work with global benefits team and manage local third-parties to improve benefits experience; - Participate Mercer and Aon Hewitt surveys and provide data analysis to business; - Guide and coach the Payroll person and supervise the payroll processing, people cost calculation, and projects. Labor Relations (25%): - Monitor regulations change and ensure HR polices and process are compliant and up to date; - Leverage internal legal counsel and external law firm to deal with labor issues. Process Optimization and Projects (25%): - Review current process in People Services area and explore optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience; - Lead the People Services related projects and work with regional / global team to ensure successful deployment. > 06/2014-07/2015 Singapore payroll & benefits migration and operations - One month overseas travel to Singapore for Singapore payroll and benefits migration from Singapore local to Shanghai Shared Service Center ("Global Operations"), include knowledge transfer, shadowing and reversal shadowing; - Half an year in-house Singapore payroll & benefits processing, including payroll & benefits calculations, statutory filings, etc.; - Involved in Singapore payroll outsourcing whole process, including process study, UAT test, parallel run test and project successful go-live; - Achieve better vendor management after outsourcing to make sure accuracy & timeliness of deliverables; - Build and enhance relationships with GE business and adjust priorities to meet business's requirements via intimate collaborations; - Participate in global enterprise standard projects; - Assist with Asia Payroll & Benefits COE L1 center setup and support the employee services.> 08/2015-07/2016 Australia & New Zealand ("ANZ") payroll & benefits migration and operations - Two months independent overseas travel to Australia (Sydney/Brisbane) for ANZ payroll and benefits migration from Australia local to Shanghai Shared Service Center ("Global Operations"), including knowledge transfer, shadowing and reversal shadowing; - ANZ payroll & benefits daily operations in Shanghai, including payroll & benefits calculations, payroll vendor management, individual income tax and statutory filing, etc.; - Build and enhance relationships with GE business and adjust priorities to meet business's requirements via intimate collaborations; - Support the GE Capital business split and Alstom integration projects; - Involved in global enterprise standard projects and to drive simplification and improvement.

> Started as HR Trainee in Noble Trainee Program with rotations among full functions of HR in Shanghai office and Nantong plant (one month).> Promoted as HR Specialist after one year and be rotated in Chongqing plant. Work as a HR Generalist in Chongqing plant and be responsible for plant HR & Admin work, including: - Lead the plant-level recruiting / training; - Supervise daily operations, like onboarding & offboarding, HRIS update, etc.; - Deliver monthly payroll and HR reports; - Work with headquarter HR and department managers to do salary review and performance appraisal; - Deal with arbitration, lawsuit, work injury/death and other labor relations and compliance issues; - HR and Admin vender management, such as third party company management; - Admin supervision and management, including guards / canteen / company car management; - Cooperate with other depts to do some plant operation related work, like ISO/HACCP audit, 5S check, etc.> Transferred back to Shanghai office from Apr 1, 2014 and work as a HR Generalist.
