- Organization of transportations for Kuehne + Nagel Inc. o Responsible for Europe, Asia, Middle East, Australia and South America o Manage booking in CIEL with international partners o ensure customer profiles are all completed, o confirm carriers and rates, o dispatch booking to all parties (warehouse, trucker, intermodal, affiliate) o transmit and receive booking from and to carrier- Participate in AES documentation- Ensure that all extra charges, per diem, detention are approved by customer- Confirm sailing / departures based on carrier’s information- Check all rates and costs are correct prior to billing- Prepare and file all export and commercial documentation based on customer and international customs requirements (Waybill, Sea Waybill, Commercial invoices, Certificates)- Manage all data and status of transportations in CIEL- Work with all stakeholders in the supply chain, including vendors, carriers, truckers, and terminals to arrange a smooth flow of supply chain for clients.

- Full organization of transportations for Bosch from and to Germany, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, France and Hungary- Liaising with partners, clients and subcontractors- Solve the difficulties revealed through transportations (damages in goods, loading problems, delays, technical failures, etc.)- Administration of transports (transit documents, letters of advice, check of incoming invoices, etc.)

- Full organization of export-import transportations from and to Germany, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary - Liaising with partners and clients- Coordinate and cooperate with truck drivers- Solve the difficulties revealed through transportations (damages in goods, loading problems, delays, technical failures, etc.) according to “just in time” method- Administration of transports, 50-60 letters of advice/day- Invoicing- Search for new partners, ascertain transport needs, prepare offers

- Full organization of transportations from and to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Hungary- Preparation of loading and unloading trucks- Make letter of advice for clients- Make cold calls- Check incoming transport invoices- Administration (letters of carriage, bills of delivery)
