Using a methodology that is owned by DETRA center I am specialized for helping the companies make the organizational changes smoothly and with less spent energy. My working activities contain working with individuals/teams in the following areas:- business diagnostics- strategic planning- business processes and optimization- organizational structure and job descriptions- education and training of employees

As field internship coordinator I am responsible for the internship of our students and their professional development through internship in companies and working on real problems.I am managing the whole process and these are the main responsibilities:- searching companies for internship- agreeing cooperation between the companies and the Academy- making half-year plans for individual internship for each student- monitoring and evaluation of the process and the students' achievements - reporting to the Council of teachers
