- Administer network, mail, databases and application servers.- Administer network hardware and software.- Administer MICROS, Fidelio and Materials Control Systems.- Manage and monitor all of the telephone equipment in the company especially the Grand Casino PABX.- Takes part in designing and implementing the company disaster recovery plan.- Takes part in the design and implementation of the backup strategy as part of the disaster recovery plan.- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the company servers, management of the user accounts and security of the system.- Responsible for helpdesk qualification.- Analyze helpdesk statistics and benchmark to highlight trends and propose corrective and preventive actions in order to maintain/improve services level.- Responsible for creating instructions for users in how to use specific systems.- Responsible for the IT assets database (SysAid).Responsible for the administration of the anti virus server and client applications (Symantec EPP).- Responsible for the administration of the firewall server and client applications (Astaro SG).- Responsible for the administration of the backup server and archive of the backup tapes.
