• Responsibilities include but are not limited to installing and testing wide variety of Cisco routers and switches, configuration and maintenance, extensive experience with Cisco IOS and CLI, creating documentation to record test results as well as identify and escalate issues to proper teams, resolving identified problems with the assistance of the design/engineering team.

• Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, document and resolve technical issues surrounding Windows Vista/XP, MS Office, e-mail, Internet connections and different hardware/software issues• Install/Troubleshoot all major brands printers and scanners
