Party United was a fresh and upgraded clubbing livestream experience mobile app conceived as a lifeline for musicians and partygoers during the pandemic. It was being made for the electronic music industry professionals (artists, clubs, festivals, promoters, etc.) and electronic music fans (clubbers) alike, where the electronic music industry professionals could have a solution for a more sustainable future, and clubbers could meet new people, have fun with friends, discover new music and interact with their favourite creators.My responsibilities were:• Creating leads to investors and VC funds,• Creating finance calculations and decks, • Creating a System Specifications Document, • Finding the most suitable development agency that will build the app, • Product Owner Role in development of a Minimum Viable Product, • Sorting out the license agreements for livestreaming, • Finding the best livestream service provider, • Assisting in creating the partner network from existing contacts from the music events industry and developing new relationships.

CR4ZY (formerly known as Valiance) was founded in 2016 with a mission to become a top esports company, technology and services provider. In short time it had reached a point where its qualities got recognised by top gaming and global brands. Pogon is a public non-profit institution for culture, based on a new model of civil-public partnership which was founded by and is managed by the Alliance Operation City and the City of Zagreb. Terraneo was a rock music festival with 20.000 people attendance, held from 2011 - 2013 in Šibenik, Croatia.2011/2012 - 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗾𝘂𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 2013 – 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 - dealing with all technical riders and deciding on the optimal solutions which would satisfy the bands and the festival budget. I was also Stage Manager on the Main Stage where The Prodigy, Wu Tang Clan, My Bloody Valentine, Azealia Banks and other big names performed.
