Account manager at Zonneplan ☀️As an account manager at Zonneplan I provided advice about solar panels and guided our customers through the entire process of purchasing. The given advice was based on the historical energy consumption, the possibilities which the house offered and the personal preferences of the customer. During this process, it was important to establish a good connection with the client in order to create together the best plan to make their house sustainable. Key points in this process were: the advice, purchasing process, and aftercare.

I have written my thesis for the municipality of Groningen and the public health organization (GGD). By means of research, I have set up a strategy with the aim of stimulating the confidence of vaccine-hesitant parents in vaccinations and limiting the influence of anti-vaccination movements. This strategy is based upon: - A social media analysis of the target group and the anti-vaccinators. - An analysis of the used channels of the GGD, the Dutch government and the anti-vaccination movements. - A questionnaire amongst all parents which visited the GGD. The generated data formed in combination with a literature study the basis for the strategy which offered means to the GGD and municipality of Groningen about how to deal with this growing problem.

BarcelonaPoint is an online accommodation specialist with the aim to offer its clients the vacation they deserve. They rent apartments to tourists but they also sell tickets for touristic highlights and offer an online city guide about Barcelona. As an online marketing intern I had various responsibilities and was given the freedom to use my creativity. My main tasks were:- Customer analysis - Market and product analysis- Competition analysis- Generating new content for the city guide and blog - SEO - Social media - Online promotions and advertisements- Translations : Spanish – English & English- DutchBesides my daily responsibilities, I also conducted a research for BarcelonaPoint with the objective to create an effective social media strategy. The social media strategy was focused on their Facebook and Twitter accounts and offered a guide on how to maintain their social media. I had to take several aspects in account by the creation of this guide: the intercultural market – is this relevant for the strategy, the desired interaction with the customers and the style and frequency of the messages.
