Lead and oversee all business operations of Genius.Space in Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities:- In charge of creating, developing and managing the company project's SOP, Train, managing and supervising the operations through several different business channel.- Developing strategies for establishing new business in education sector, setting up deadline and deliverables according to the business plan and channel.- Supporting The stakeholder to increase total revenue and directly developing additional source of income by Sales, Marketing and Business Development means.- Dealing with stakeholders, government (Directorate General, Governor, Head of Department), University (Dean, Director) and Corporation (BoD/C, C-level). Establishing and negotiating business agreement, MoU, proposal and legal terms.- Develop new educational program with efficient marketing approach through several channels.- Consulted and assisted stakeholders to determine product needs, pricing, marketing programs, merchandising needs to meet sales and profit objectives according to Indonesia market.- Managed, planned and executed multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. (Government relations, Government program MSIB, Kampus Merdeka, Korean partnership, Local conglomeratepartnership, new product division)

Managing the main operation of Koding Next Head Office in Kemayoran.

In charge of managing the sales of every branch of Koding Next Indonesia in direct command of the Founders.

Managing B2B sales and cooperation in marketing with another business, Cooperation with International school such as JIS, Tzu Chi, NJIS, and doing promotional events, coworking events, workshop and seminars.
