1. Manage overall supply chain of a product family including Finish Goods, raw materials and capacity among multiple factories. Lead the team of Division, upstream material supply and local planners for Material supply management and response the customer demand.2. Lead multi-geo team on product family level supply strategy and priority management. Lead recovery activity when excursion, and maximize supply resources to fulfill customer order.3.Mentor the junior planners for capability/skill improvement.
