* Designed safety guarding of a 60L Seamer, going from SIL1 equivalent to SIL3* Upgraded the guarding on the Haar Press from a simulated SIL1 equivalent to SIL3/4 by changing from single-channel to dual-channel with monitor feedback and electronic locking at two critical locations.* Completely rewrite state machine logic for 19 pallet conveyors using RSLogix 500. Also designed and programmed HMI for these using FactoryTalk View Studio and Panelview Plus. The HMI has controls, status indications, and warnings and alarms. The RSLogix 500 programming also has Ethernet/IP communication to several external interfaces.* Successfully set up data gathering system that gather data from twelve production lines.* Audited various installations and made sure that everything is up to national standard and safety codes.* Provided ongoing support for all plant electrical issues that cannot be handled by the plant electricians.

Provided manual and CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) and Civil Engineering surveying supports for military base civil engineering group. Had yearly training on military tactics and supports for war-time situations.* Brought drafting department from manual drafting to Computer Aided Drafting by training 3 other engineering assistants for 6 months and continuing support as needed there-after.* Surveyed downed A-10 Thunderbolt (airplane) for failure analysis. This includes precise 3-dimensional (3-D) locations of hundreds of point-of impact of various parts. The result from the survey was graphed on 3-D map and sent to analysis team for review.* Surveyed and updated the floor plans of over 120 military buildings within a 6-month period for base re-alignment.
