Internal Sales representative must provide Rep with a CC number.A complaint register form must be filled in by the Rep and mailed to the Internal Sales representative.Internal sales representative must initiate complaint form as per customer complaint procedureInternal sales representative must keep a copy of the complaint.All details must clearly be specified on the quotation. Make sure that the reference number is clearly visible.
