- Engineering – Electronic/ Communication- Keep detailed record on site, and report to the Engineer on the progress.- Assist the Engineer to verify the design against actual on site condition, and recommend modification to suit if necessary- Give instructions to the contractor for any testing or investigation work.- Endure the working procedure to comply with the agreed method and recommend modification to procedure, if necessary, to solve any on site problems.- Ensure that the items in the defect lists are rectified when required and carry out such further inspections as necessary to ensure that the work is completed. - Verify on hold parts and disposition.- RMA controller.- Negotiate and dealing with Supplier Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Buyer(customer).- Dimension Study on chassis.- For all quality issues reported by customer must work with the project QE to assure that All issue are properly closed though an 8D. 8D issue to customers must be closely monited through the next 3 shipments to assure full compliance.- Dealing with warehouse for new shipment by off.- Based on the customer schedule planning the screening activity.- Contact key person for all Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore customers.- Audit rework and screening activity make sure follow the standards Operation Procedure (SOP).- Must assure that all inspections/ reworks conducted at the hub or customer sites are properly managed on a daily basic to the teams. Also ensure lower inspection/ rework rates.

- To hands on Bruderer equipment operation.- Understand die structure & metal stamping behaviors.- Create Familiarize with OGP programming- Setup PPT vision system programming.

- Prepare AOI (Omron) programming for visual Inspection Orientation.- Improvement for end to end yield- Update engineering change to team members.- Improvement in the product quality.- Fine tuning.- Involve in NPI team.- As auditor when cycle count- Comparison for the engineering change

- Work as Intel “OSV Engineer” to verify Dell and Sanmina-SCI motherboard.- Dealing and good relationship with DELL MQE and SCI MQE.- Update latest test program to make sure motherboard verify with correct way.- Dealing with Intel TDE (Test Development Engineer) to understanding all tests Programs used.- Propose new improvement plan and discuss with Intel FA And QE team for decrease failure by weekly meeting.- Understanding motherboard architecture.- Adaptable with DELL environment.
