Responsible for the management and construction of the front-end team work plan, personnel recruitment, and participation in the company's product discussions and decision-making. Mainly responsible for the development of SDKs such as JavaScript storage, real-time communication, and analytics, as well as related front-end websites supporting the SDK, including the master site, console, documentation system, etc.

The first ten employees of the company, participated in the early direction of the company, hired employees, and developed the first version of the website.

Responsible for the development of the customer Cloud Services Web version, the international product Limbo that enables direct management of mobile phones through the Web, and a mobile e-book reader based on WebView, among other projects. I participated in front-end engineer interviews, helping the company recruit outstanding engineers for our team.

I have successively participated in the product development of Baidu e-commerce platform, Baidu UGC document platform, and Baidu Reading e-book platform. Additionally, as a member of Baidu's general front-end team, I was responsible for the research and development of core front-end technologies such as the front-end basic library similar to jQuery, the front-end template engine, and a series of front-end components.
