Before He left Oracle China, He was in charge of organization and talent development for Oracle Greater China and Oracle China R&D, cover over 6700 Employees, includes mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. As a facilitator to deliver Lead to Achieve program which is a management and leadership program for front line manager.3. Greater China High potential talent programs. 4. Graduates programs, both Oracle China and Oracle R&D graduates.5. Soft-skills programs for employee6. Acceleration program for senior employee and senior manager;6. E-Learning programs.7.
