A career developed over 23 years in the product management area and technical and consultative sales in the automotive, aerospace, energy, agriculture, and other segments. I started my activities as an Application Technician, which allowed me to explore concepts in the field and gain experience in different segments of the Industry.I had the opportunity to lead the Application and Services team with the proposal to improve the demonstration, delivery, installation, training, and after-sales service processes.In the evolution of my career and the transition to Product Management, I improved the identification of market opportunities by analyzing competition and behavior of different industries to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans.Seeking new challenges, I accepted a position in the commercial area as Sales and Marketing Management, focusing on the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategies, where I was able to contribute with process designs, performance analysis of the commercial team, proposing actions such as ABC curve and ABM Marketing strategy, organization of national and international fairs and events, as well as technical and commercial visits with the sales team.Based on my commercial experience, I led the creation of an internal sales team (BDR/SDR) for new business openings (Hunter) and the sale of services and contracts to the installed base.I gave several lectures and presentations, with various themes, in South America, as well as international trips for training and meetings in the centers of excellence.I am prepared to work in the commercial, marketing, sales, and technical areas, seeking to contribute positively to the business.Nelson Carvalhoneocar2003@yahoo.com.br
