In 2017, more than 20 large projects/programs were delivered and operations had over 99.95% of availability; IT project/program management of export, R&D center establishment, new car launch (Creta) and FIFA World Cup 2014 sponsorship; In charge of Process Innovation team (BPM) and Digital Transformation, having implemented initiatives in fronts such as Artificial Intelligence, 3D printing, digital platforms, mobility and BI with predictive analytics. The main achievement was the delivery of IBM Dr. Watson to interact with customers about a new car. This tool resulted in the recognition of Hyundai as one of the most innovative companies in Brazil for IT utilization (2017).

Manager of IT projects and consulting services (SAP, non-SAP) delivered at key accounts such as Embraer and Cimentos Maranhão. Responsibilities include all the contract life cycle processes (from opportunity gathering/maturity to pre-sales/sales, project execution, delivery and transition to support). Additional activities encompass budget/cost control, HR (recruiting, coaching) and compliance with customer governance/KPIs;Central role in bringing new customers to Atos´ portfolio such as Eurocopter (Mexico) and Votorantim (Brazil);Support Latin America SAP Head in developing regional competences for Business Intelligence, Mobility and Solution Manager (starting from July, 2011).

Working at the industrial branch, with five business units (cement, metals, pulp & paper, energy and agribusiness). Responsible for monitoring the portfolio of system projects (100+ initiatives, SAP and non-SAP) which includes: demand definition, project charter and budget, pipeline control, strategy definition, procurement process, project execution, risk monitoring, governance adherence and transition to support teams; Governance and KPIs definition, implementation and auditing for the system team;Project management of international SAP implementations/enhancements in units of Acerbrag (steel subsidiary in Argentina) and VCNA (Votorantim Cements North America) - USA and Canada;Responsible for hiring and managing all third-party time material consultants (around 50 people).

Manufacturing project management during LATAM (Latin America) SAP implementation. It was a Nestlé’s group of three projects to roll-out SAP: (1) in some countries of South America, (2) in all Central America and (3) in Caribbean Region. Responsibilities included managing the SAP PP-PI teams of the three projects. Manufacturing in LATAM had a scope of 9 countries, 21 factories and more than 2000 end-users.

Project manager, responsible for projects such as (i) Merge of 2 companies at Votorantim Metais and (ii) SABRe – Brazilian data migration and functional roll out for the global SAP at Saint-Gobain Abrasives. Responsibilities at Complex also included pre-sales support as well as consultant hiring and coaching; Senior SAP consultant, working in the SAP PP and APO implementation at Jacto/Unipac group.

Manufacturing/quality consultant, working in projects such as: (i) SAP/MES full life cycle implementation at Alicorp and (ii) QM module implementation at Copeinca. Responsibilities also include pre-sales for Peruvian companies (customer assessment and proposal preparation).

Core role in projects such as: (i) Agricultural Products – supply chain redefinition/reimplementation; and (ii) SAP Upgrade – Americas region (version 4.6c to 4.7); Partial participation in projects such as: (i) CMM level 2 implementation, (ii) SOX compliance controls implementation and (iii) SAP Unicode.
