About Neofusion Creative Foundation

NeoFusion Creative Foundation is a nationally certified Non Profit organisation. It started in 2013 which aims to work with adolescent kids who are school dropouts. We provide them a conducive environment where they can study on their own pace, and lead sustainable lives by aligning their interest with career choices. The in-house research showed that there are many regional and National level NGOs working on methodologies for primary education and teacher trainings leading to increase in enrollments to school nationally but the dropout rate amongst adolescents is still very high thus leading to the seed of NeoFusion Academy under project “Prarambh”.Started with a humble beginning with no government or corporate funding, the team attracted adolescents to theater classes using the power of ARTechnique, gradually enrolling them to the project “Saksham” under which the dropout adolescent re- start education following open schooling curriculum.

    NeoFusion aims to create a society devoid of inequalities, where goals aren’t ranked on the basis of financial standing and children possess the strength to chase their ambitions. Our goal is to empower underprivileged adolescent kids, school dropouts, and unemployed youth, by embellishing their craft and hobbies and providing them a space to dream big and align their passion and career choices. In a span of 8 years, we have impacted more than 10,000 adolescents in 20 States including Nepal. NeoFusion currently runs three projects that cater to abridging different social issues. Under our first project ‘SAPNE HUYE APNE’, an online school has been established in order to provide education to underprivileged kids of the country. The project seeks to ignite confidence and wings of creativity and skills in our students, thus motivating them to take charge of their dreams. Also, in April 2020, we launched the project ‘Passion Hub’ that comprises online extracurricular classes in 20 states and remote areas of the country and took mentors to villages in order to harness talent and hope. Our third project is titled ‘Samvad’ and as the name suggests, the project focuses on channeling dialogue and knowledge about sexuality, contraception, gender identity and raises awareness about consent and sexual abuse.
