• Designed mechanical plans that includes air-conditioning and ventilation layouts for residential, commercial (high rise and mid-rise buildings), offices and F&B establishments.• Conducts site inspection for the actual assessment of existing conditions of air-conditioning and ventilating systems• Knowledgeable on various air-conditioning and ventilating equipment operations (Chillers, Air Handling Units, VAVs, Fans, etc.)• Evaluates Bill of Materials, RFI and RFA for coordination with the contractors and project managers.• Coordinates with different engineering trades (electrical, sanitary and fire-protection, and structural consultants) during design development up to construction phase of the project.• Have limited to extensive knowledge of various codes and standards like ASHRAE (e.g. ASHRAE Standard 62.1), NFPA, International Mechanical and Building Codes, Life and Safety, SMACNA and Philippine Mechanical Code.
