• Designed mechanical plans that includes air-conditioning and ventilation layouts for residential, commercial (high rise and mid-rise buildings), offices and F&B establishments.
• Conducts site inspection for the actual assessment of existing conditions of air-conditioning and ventilating systems
• Knowledgeable on various air-conditioning and ventilating equipment operations (Chillers, Air Handling Units, VAVs, Fans, etc.)
• Evaluates Bill of Materials, RFI and RFA for coordination with the contractors and project managers.
• Coordinates with different engineering trades (electrical, sanitary and fire-protection, and structural consultants) during design development up to construction phase of the project.
• Have limited to extensive knowledge of various codes and standards like ASHRAE (e.g. ASHRAE Standard 62.1), NFPA, International Mechanical and Building Codes, Life and Safety, SMACNA and Philippine Mechanical Code.

• Designed mechanical plans( plumbing layout, fuel tank designs, foundation pads, etc.)
• Inspected and supervised on-going mechanical works, installations, and repairs to make sure that project are done on time.
• Had experience in project management, handling people and time management.
• Estimates the costs of the materials needed for the project and coordinates with the suppliers
• Cooperates with other engineering contractors (e.g. JEC, Manila Water, ARUP) for project development.
