Current- Presently ensuring exceptional client experiences through prompt resolution of their needs throughout the support process.- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and product Super User, delivering advanced knowledge and support to our esteemed customer base.- Utilizing specialized tools and checklists to accurately evaluate and implement configuration modifications in alignment with client requests.- Documenting and maintaining comprehensive records on all aspects of client requests to ensure clarity and precision.- Orchestrating go-live dates for configuration updates in close collaboration with clients and the account management team, ensuring seamless transitions.- Collaborating with the product specialist team to uphold stringent quality standards for every configuration request.- Managing and prioritizing multiple configuration requests via diverse channels, including telephone, email, and the client portal, to deliver timely and precise responses.
