As an avid purveyor of talent, i'm excited by the relationship that exists between skills, knowledge, abilities and competencies. Driven by my curiosity, I enjoy analyzing the behaviours of highly effective and efficient people. It gives me a sense of joy to be able to identify: inherent systems, processes, people, technology, values and skills that have enabled a talented individual to fully realize their potential. I get even more excited when I meet such individuals and they are consciously involved in initiatives that make an impact and a real difference in society.I am fascinated by all facets of business: strategy, law, finance, human capital, technology, supply chain, marketing, management, as well as economics, and have had the privilege of working with people at the forefront of these subsets. My strengths lie within: my thirst for knowledge, hunting and gathering information, analyzing information, developing ideas around knowledge, and then driving until my goals are met (ENTJ personality). I believe that the following criterion has to exist in order for a business to be considered "a legitimately good business": a clear vision, clear goals to chase, is structured solely to achieve its vision, great leaders to manage all complexities, exceptional clients that are excited about a mutually beneficial relationship and a sound moral and ethical compass to guide them through all of the grey areas. My aim is to successfully manage a group of companies which display all of these attributes, and to play my part in improving the lives of others.
