Mazda Mobile sites/applications, all digital display advertising (includes SEM), social properties –Facebook, Twitter, Google +, YouTube, Tier 2/Dealer digital sites and display• Client contact responsible for managing day to day presentations, status, creativeapprovals, strategy and budget discussions, production planning• Internally provide day-to-day oversight of the entire digital team – account, social team,creative, copywriters, developers, project managers, analytics and SEO/SEM, and off shoreCosta Rica development team• Manage digital production budget and approvals internally and with client• Manage technology development roadmap for all properties with Mazda IT, technologyvendors/partners (iCrossing)• Overall cost responsibility for fulltime, freelance, temporary headcount for digital team.Manage digital organization and recommendations for FTEs• Responsible for sourcing vendors and partners.• Report out weekly to other Account leads and GM/CEO on digital progress of clientrelationship, projects, creative• Manage and conduct monthly analytics reviews with full analysis and recommendations onall digital properties across National and Tier 2/Dealers• Internally responsible for education and integration of digital discipline• Lead up all brainstorming for digital campaigns internally and with clients• Ensure digital team is aware of business objectives, individual accountabilities,organizational changes and competencies critical for successful job performanceMaintain a highly motivated workforce by providing timely communication, displaying anattitude of consistency and fairness• Report to General Manager

Overall responsibilities include resourcing, budgeting anddelivering on multiple technology projects for major telephony carriers. Managedgroup of 6 Product/Project Managers with multiple deadlines on all client projects.Responsible for overseeing all client relationships for the Production department.

Primary client contact, responsible for projects with budgetsup to $3 million. Responsible for developing business initiatives in partnership withclients to improve site traffic, and increase sales.
