I have served more than 39 years in a Power Utility in Delhi as Engineer, Manager, Dy.GM, Assistant V.P. and retired as Sr. Assistant Vice President. I have contributed in the field of Operation & Maintenance, Project Execution, Learning & Development and Human Resource Management. Maintain the uninterrupted and quality power supply in a division having large number of consumer base. To nurture and enchaining the core skills of the workforce in the organization, I have established a state of the art Training Center. Design and developed various learning modules on Technical and Behavioral training.
