In more than 30 years as a developer, Noel Epelboim has led the design, construction and commercialization of more than 3 million square feet of successful commercial and high-end multifamily real estate developments.Noel established EPELBOIM DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC in 2015 with a focus on developing EB-5-funded projects for the hospitality and mixed-use sectors throughout the South-Southeastern U.S.In the office sector, he served from 2012 to mid-2015 as vice president and chief operating officer with a local development company in South Florida. In his role with the company, was co-manager of a office business center project at Doral and a office corporate building project at Miramar, taking through to completion the two office complexes being developed using EB-5 financing as the capital stack’s main component.His early career included leadership and ownership positions with Constructora Arquinpro C.A. (Caracas, Venezuela) in which he served as COO and founding member and was involved in creation and commercialization of over 2.5 million square feet of luxury condominium, commercial, and office development across approximately 50 projects in Venezuela.After his relocation to South Florida in 2001 and until 2008, Noel was involved in the development of several commercial and residential real estate projects in South Florida, including a 62,000-square-foot retail strip center in Parkland, a 44-unit condominium building in Hallandale Beach, and a 25-unit high-end condominium building in Bay Harbor Islands.Noel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (Caracas,Venezuela – 1982) and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering in the fieldsof Structural Engineering and Construction Management, from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Atlanta, USA – 1985).
