PRESALES:* Making the Design as per the Customer’s requirement,* Preparing the BOQ based on the requirement,* Finding the suitable brand and models as per the design requirement* Request for the prices to Suppliers,* Making Quotation as per the Customer RFQ,* Preparing the Single Line Diagram,* Preparing Technical and Commercial Submittal documentation,* Requesting New Customer ID and project ID to create the Sales order and supporting operation team during the material delivery.INSTALLATION:Identifying customer requirements, and making models and prototypes of products. Site visit should be made immediately upon receipt of new projects.Collect all project relevant approved drawings from superior.Preparation of AV procedures for installation test & commissioning.Estimation cables, connectors & accessories to be made with discussion of Sr.engineer/manager.Co-ordinate with Electrical, Civil, Interior and other vendors at site for dependencies like conduit, rays way for laying AV cables.Ensure laying cables and terminating connectors, installing AV equipments as per drawings. If changes required get approval from client/project manager.Discuss with any technical issues at site in implementation with superior/manager on day-today basis.Prepare handing over documents, user manuals, installation reports and send the same to project manager for checking.Get sign off on installation report immediately once installation is completed.RESPONSIBILITIES:Checked daily mails and assign day to day activities from the project schedule after discussion with project manager.Implement the assigned project within specified time and date mentioned in the project schedule.Co-ordinate with programmer during program uploading and testing, If required in the absence of programmer giving remote access.Prepare daily, weekly reports, conveyance claim report and send to manager.Guide team members, and technicians in carrying out day to day work at site.Support with logistics and courier for delivery of materials to project site.Ensure technicians carry required tools in good working conditional with them to site.SUPPORT:Daily checking of all the VC rooms and training rooms and maintaining all the AV Equipments.Testing the VC rooms as per the scheduled timing.Attending the VC testing calls which is connected global level.Supporting to the employees while connecting VC and presentation..Resolving the issues of Audio and Video devices.
