Site Engineer Installation and Commissioning of HUAWEI BTS 3900, RRU and Antennas. Perform Swap Activity of ZTE BTS over HUAWEI BTS (BBU3900, RRU and Antennas). Installation and commissioning of Huawei BTS (BBU3900), Power Plant (ICC500). Handling the issues appeared after the Swap, (Sector swap, CPRI alarms and others). Good troubleshooting skill related to hardware and software. Installation and Commissioning of HUAWEI BTS 3900, Coordinating with BSS Team to resolve Issues. Perform PAT, PAC and Customer Handover of the swap sites. Promoting Quality Work by Maintaining Quality Requirements of Customer.Transmission Engineer Supervision,Installation and Troubleshooting of Transmission Devices(ZTE and Avait Devices,ATN-910 CX-600 Series). Integration of the Optical and Microwave Links as per Topology (Kathmandu IPRAN Topology). Troubleshooting and fault rectification IDU (ZTE and Avait Links) and Configuring Links, Frequency, TX and RX Power Settings and RSL Values. Site visit and check Line Of Sight (LOS) using Binocular, and Laser test as per requirement.Supporting Field Engineers

▪ Playing a Lead Role for assigning Site Engineer for the Site Acquisition, RF Planning and Coverage.▪ Responsible for Preparing and Checking Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) for NT-Lot 5 Project.▪ Travelling to the Remote Areas (Hills and Mountains) and studying the feasibility for the construction of new tower as a Site Survey Engineer.
