Niamh has worked extensively in Asia and Europe managing people's lifestyles, from rock stars, to Hollywood actors to High Networth Individuals. Her passion for "getting things done" has been the success of her company Nerc Concierge. From live events, to concerts, private portfolios, there is nothing she won't fix. Niamh has also over a decade of experience in the French property market. This experience has been accumulated in multiple facets of the French property industry from locations based in Dublin, London, HK, Beijing & France. Niamh worked in Beijing under the Raffles Group for 3 yrs in Events before moving back to her native Dublin. In this role, she managed a team of 86 people with temporary staff of up to 200 for larger events. The events she organised were carried out on large scales mainly at outside contemporary and historical venues throughout China. Some of the main events that she produced include:• International Rugby Board's (IRB) first ever Beijing Rugby 7’s• Together with the Chinese Organising Committee on the 2008 Beijing Olympic bid.• Large scale conferences and galas were organised for international firms including: Texas Instruments, GE, IBM, Nokia, Burson-­Marsteller, Ogilvy, INSEAD.Nerc Concierge Ltd. was launched in 2008. The company has three facets: EVENTS, PROPERTY and LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT. The company provides a bespoke service to people interested in these services with a focus on excellence and "getting it done".
