CurrentSenior Recruiter in charge of hiring for our Product Engineering Teams (AvaCloud/Core) and Platform Engineering Group (Consensus, Cryptography, Storage (Firewood), Interoperability, EVM, AvalancheGo, and HyperSDK). People/Talent Team's Blockchain/Engineering Subject Matter Expert:- In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.- Providing insights and guidance to hiring teams on market dynamics and candidate profiles.- Extensive experience in recruiting both local and remote engineering talent.Talent Pipeline Management:- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for critical technical positions.- Proactively anticipating hiring needs and talent trends in the industry.- Comfortable scaling teams across diverse geographical locations.- Leveraging data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and optimize processes.People Operations:- In depth knowledge of ATS formatting (key stakeholder for Greenhouse processes)- Expertise in utilizing cutting-edge sourcing techniques and tools.- Knowledgeable in modern HR/People Operations policies and regulations- Collaborating closely with leadership to understand and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.- Cultivating strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
