Nerea has more than 25 years of experience designing organizational development, human resources, culture and communication strategies for leading companies such as: Microsoft, AT&T, IBM, M&M Mars, P&G as well as for top global agencies such as WPP’s Grey and BCW as well as Newlink. Before starting her own consultancy, Nerea served as SVP of HR and Organizational Development at Newlink, where she was responsible for both human and intellectual capital.Prior to Newlink, Nerea led diversity communications at Microsoft, served as a global communications vice-president at YupiMSN, headed technology and media practices at BCW Latin America and created the US Hispanic division at Grey.A career coach and veteran in the human dimension of business, Nerea motivates and aligns employees and leaders, driving transformation and achieving business results.
