my main mission at the Innovation Unit is to build and develop Israel's Open finance ecosystem (the use of open APIs by third parties to for access rights and payment initiation at the financial institutions).My role includes:- Led the adaptation of the European open API standard to the Israeli regulatory framework, ensuring seamless integration and compliance-Developed and executed the product vision for Israel's Open Finance ecosystem, driving strategic partnerships and innovation- Managed the end-to-end development of open finance products, aligning business requirements with technical capabilities- Solving business problems and providing clear solutions to the market- Monitoring progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and keeping stakeholders informed- presentation of products and progress and Ongoing relationship with the banking system players and Fintech- Leading professional and educational forums for problem-solving and knowledge sharing- Collaboration with cross-functional domestic and global teams, such as business, Architects and QA.- Overseeing entire project management, as well as monitoring roadmap milestones implementation among the ecosystem participants- Conducting ongoing research into the business aspects of the local ecosystem in comparison to international benchmarks
