Design and Product development of Soft homewares including Bedlinen,Towels and Home decorator items for both Kids and Adult market. Design of graphics and development of products in above areas. Broad knowledge of fabrics, finishes and constructions in the soft home category.

Design and Product development of Handbags, Soft accessories, Jewellery, Beauty Accessories, Gifting, Luggage and Travel accessories across a broad range of age groups and in house brands. • Presentation of trend research, market research and ranges at CAD and sample stage to Head of Design and Leadership team. • Being resilient and adaptable, reacting quickly to changes in the market and problem solving quality and production issues to avoid delays. • Working collaboratively on product development and range management capturing both trend and customer requirements. • Providing commercial and inspiring designs and concepts. • Managing product development process from beginning to end. Including fabric and technique sourcing, technical specs and problem solving. • Clearly communicating and handing over designs and tech packs to off shore and local suppliers. • Travelling to China multiple times a year to source and development product. Building relationships with existing and new suppliers.

- Development and design of jewellery, handbags and accessories. - Management of client expectations including; cost negotiation and meeting delivery and sample deadlines. - Sales tracking and the development of strategies to improve on sales and product sell through. - Contribution to weekly sales and strategy team meetings, to manage company budgets. - Presentation of trend research/new product to customers on a weekly basis.
