The beginning stages of any project can be daunting and managing a conference is no different. I pull together all of the elements needed for a seamless, innovative, and unique conference experience by ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. As the Operations and Logistics Manager for Composition, my role is to oversee all the delegate registrations, manage the online software the company uses to record event registrations and personalise the registration packs. I also create unique social functions, assist in preparing event budgets and project plans and liaise with sponsors and exhibitors at the conference, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.Composition is CINZ APCO (Conventions & Incentives New Zealand Approved Professional Conference Organisers) and proud members of the PCO Association and Christchurch and Canterbury Convention Bureau.Working together, we listen, understand what you want, and make it happen.
