Responsible for technical sales side of PVcase - an advanced engineering software based on the AutoCAD platform which allows for precise & construction ready solar park design.- Organizing software demos for new customer onboarding.- Owning overall service relationship with assigned customer to maximize satisfaction, adoption, and retention.- Continually funneling customer expectations to the product management team.- Working together with customers, sales, and engineering teams to identify and deliver continuous value to customers.- Collaborating with sales team for business case creation and validation.- Implementing engagement strategies with customers to deepen customer engagement and usage.- Identifying and developing upsell and "upserve" opportunities.

Working as lead roof-mount design engineer at DETRA Solar. My responsibilities & daily tasks include:- Managing roof-mount projects and roof-mount team for efficient project delivery.- Communicating and consulting clients on solar industry matters.- Creating detailed drawings for roof-mount and ground-mount solar projects.- Preparing simulations and optimization reports for solar systems.- Assessing solar potential based on satellite data, meteorological observations and site measurements.- Preparation of accurate simulation and optimization reports with PVSyst, PVsol & other renowned software.- Design experience of about 150 MW of roof mount & ground mount projects worldwide.- Delivering on time & on par results while under pressure and strict deadlines.
