At the initial stage, we had 10% of the descriptions and achived 95% of the total. We were able to form the final organizational chart considering 2000 people divided into areas, departments and different contractual relationships with the organization in a dynamic version that adjusts according to monthly changes. QlikView platform- I was a responsible for centralizing Selection and Entry of personnel in HR. Starting point of 30% of the process, but divided into 3 areas: HR, Intern and Medical Direction. We achived 100% development in 9 months. Using G Suite-I was leader of the virtual Onboarding project including three central areas of the organization: General Personnel, Doctors and Scholarship Holder. Starting point of 15% of the process, we achived 100% in 3 months. Moodle platform- I was manager of the centralization of training in HR. Starting point of 35% of the process, divided into 3 areas: HR, Teaching and Medical Direction. We achived 100% of the process, using G Suite and incorporated annual development plan with budget, visualizing metrics and investment index.-We implemented from E2E a development plan of performance that included: Competence Evaluation + Objective Evaluation + Project Evaluation. Using G Suite.- I was promoter of the incorporation of new communication channels, integration events with internal teams, Pulse surveys, Exit interviews, etc.- I was a part of the organizing committee of events, Communication Committee and in pandemic times formed a Containment Team. Implementation People & Culture strategy. -
