By collaborating with Design Director successfully expanded the line by including new garment categories and offering more colorways. • Improved garment quality and fit by conducting garment fittings and commenting on all prototype samples from initial development to bulk.• Created, implemented and maintained libraries with trims, fabrics and lab dip comments/approvals, which previously did not exist. • Managed and taught seasonal design interns to better assist the team. • Trained assistant designers to help them achieve established design and development goals as well as supervise them throughout the design process.
