Service- Guide customer on filling up the required information on the Application Form- Give clear information to the customers about the lack of data happensc. Transaction Support- Disburse every approved applications regularly- Handle, follow up, and close all the abnormal transactions- Monitoring all the disbursement and repayment process and directly liaise with the Payment Gateway vendor regarding to the disbursement and repayment process
