As a Senior Associate of Functional Resource Management at KPMG, one of the leading professional services firms in the world, I support the strategic and operational aspects of resource planning and allocation for various business units and projects. I leverage my skills in business forecasting, analytics, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure optimal utilization of resources, alignment of client needs and expectations, and resolution of any staffing issues or conflicts.I am also pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Keiser University, where I am learning to effectively apply my knowledge and research skills to explore the factors and interventions that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and well-being. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
