-Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office managing over 20 apartments in Westwood-Maintain resident confidentiality and help troubleshoot various issues in the apartments-Provide administrative support in the form of answering phone calls and responding to emails-Facilitate check ins and check outs

-Served on leadership team for UCLA's largest social-cultural organization with over 500 members each year-Worked with Underworld Productions to organize and promote events-Worked with External Vice Presidents from UCI, UCR, UCSD and USC to coordinate events for members between all Universities-Oversaw and assisted in planning and execution of 2-4 weekly events at UCLA
