Responsible for planning and design several different types of construction projects. I would design the project (Interior/Exterior), determine the cost of materials and labor (Budget) as well determine timeline to complete the construction project as requested. Once the budget, design and construction plans were completed, I would present to investors. The budget had a range of $300,000.00 to 60,000.00.
