I am passionate about education, leadership, curriculum development, and youth empowerment. Currently, I serve as the Vice Principal of Curriculum, an English teacher, and a mentor at SMA Kristen Pandhega Jaya in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. In these roles, I am dedicated to shaping effective learning environments and empowering young students that both promote character building and academic excellence. My teaching journey began in 2016 when I joined as a teacher volunteer to underprivileged children through Bimbingan Belajar Pandhega Jaya and as an assistant in an English club. In 2018, I pursued a bachelor's degree in English education at Nusa Cendana University, all while continuing to work as an English teacher at Pandhega Jaya. I also actively participated in Kampus Mengajar Batch 1 held by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, which provided me with hands-on experience in education and community service. In 2022, I graduated as the best graduate of the English Study Program, earning a cum laude honors with a GPA of 3.65/4.00. As I continue my contribution to teaching English, in 2023, I was promoted to Vice Principal of Curriculum in recognition of my leadership and dedication. Additionally, in August 2024, I began my journey to deepen my leadership skills through the Aspire Leaders Program by Harvard Faculty. I am also now a part of Yuvacitta, a mental health center focused on ensuring optimal mental health conditions for children and adolescents in Indonesia. As a Division Member of Education and Empowerment, I contribute to initiating educational programs that support youth development and mental well-being. I am open to connecting with professionals who share a passion for impactful change in education, youth empowerment, and leadership.
