- Acting as a key member of talent acquisition team by supporting the recruitment processes in accordance with Boeing’s hiring guidelines and policies. - Subject Matter Expert in the onboarding process. Leading onboarding activities for all candidates across the region.- Full life cycle recruitment for assigned positions. - Constantly engaging with hiring managers and different stakeholders to ensure best practices, and acting as adviser as required. - Handling Contract Labor recruitment for the region. - Leading weekly updates with different stakeholders for updates ‘IT, relocation, HR, & benefits”- Managing a high volume of confidential information at all times.- Supporting and liaising for all country-to-country moves coming to the region. - Handling different project including stakeholders’ engagement process, translation process for confidential files, analysis of the India, APAC & META Talent acquisition team’s annual survey result and reporting findings to management.

Handling a dual role in both Iraq HR and Regional recruitment, which included variety of responsibilities including: - Main focal point for Iraq HR team with regards to different functions.- Main focal point for the LukOil Project team in both recruitment / HR functions.- Handling employees relations and retention activities- Payroll administration and coordination- Onboarding activities for MENA region- ATS main focal point “iCIMS training for managers, acting as the regional administrator”- Developing Induction plans for Iraq team- Following up on departments’ Performance appraisals for employees, and helping in the annual increment for the Iraq staff.- Developing and improving HR processes with approvals from the management in order to increase efficiency.- Drafting all the employments contracts for the region, as well as developing a standard template to be used - Various other activities that help supporting the both departments.

- Recruitment of new employees for assigned positions, this includes the full recruitment life cycle from getting the JD, contacting the hiring managers, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and negotiating with the candidates, till closing the hires.- Onboard candidates through an integrated applicant tracking system- Create employee personnel files and handover to HR for processing- Follow up with new hires for documentation, medicals, background checks- Follow up with recruiters for information pertaining to new hires- Administer psychometrics for candidates using a web-based portal- Assist the Recruitment Manager on a daily basis with recruitment activities and reports- Coordinates with suppliers and agencies and completes purchase requisitions- Completing the Employee & Role Section in the ATS for all joiners- Writing all employment contracts and managing their templates- Manage competitor profile database- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills- Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings- Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates- Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings- Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position- Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization
