Prepare complete estimates, including take-offs and complete pricing for the necessary disciplines of work requiredattend pre-bid meetings with Architects to review and determine scope of work and required contents of estimateProvide technical support to staff preparing quantity take-offs and/or unit pricingPrepare preliminary job schedules during the estimating stagesReview and analyse trade prices/ bids for completeness or exclusionsPrepare and complete estimates and proposals based on conceptual or single line diagrams for Design/Build type projectsMaintain liaison throughout tender process with Architects' representative and trades bidding workProvide support to Estimator in the closing stages of the project being tenderedReview low bids with the Project Manager and assist in the setup of project budgets, cost control breakdowns and cash flow requirements (as required by project managers)other duties as required
